National Experiment Station For precision Agriculture is an agricultural high-tech research base jointlyinvested by the National Develoment and Refofm commission and the People's Government ofBeijing Municipal and undertaken by the Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry 5ciences.Thebase is located in Xiaotangshan Town and Xingshou town, changping District, which covers an area of2,280 mu. lt is used for scientific rsearch , product pilot test, demonstration, training and exchange ofagricultural high-tech such as precision agriculture , agricultural loT,Breeding of new agriculturalvarieties, etc.

After 20 vears of con struction and development,the base has become a world-class agriculturalresearch base and a national agrijultural high-tech innovation platform that supports and leads thedevelopment of modern agriculture in china. it hasbeen carried out more than 50 national, provincialand ministerial major scientific research projects, achieved more than 20 world-class major scientificresearch achievements, and poplarized and applied in Beijing and nearly 30 provinces and citiesacross the country.

The field precision experiment demonstration adea is 1,300 mu.The agricultural machinery andequipment cover the main operations such as ploughing, planting， management and harvesting,whichare used to carry out experiment ahd demonstratioo such as fertilizer and water design and treatment,agricultural machinery navigation and precision sowing and fertilization.

There are 16 precision experimdntal demonstrdtion areas, equipped with greenhouse ambientintelligence monitoring and management system,mobile greenhouse precision fertlization system,pesticide application system , greehhouse doll,plagt protection machine, and etc., which are used tocarry out greenhouse pest monitoring and early warning,greenhouse water and fertilizer regulation,and greenhouse environment regulation, etc.

The 40-mu precision experimental demonstration area of the orchard is equipped with water-savingirrigation information collection and control systen, soil moisture monitoring system , drip irrigationsystem, pest monitoring equipment, fruit tree spraying machine and etc., which are used to carry outprecision automatic irrigation, ordhard pest monitoring,orchard precision pesticide application andother experimental demonstration w ork.

The base has more than 5,000 squpre meters of intelligent equipment laboratory,including:emc lab,environmental reliability labordtory, agricultufal aviation pesticide aerodynamics laboratory,intelligent agricultural machinery laboratory, etc.
