郭新宇,博士,研究员,博导。现任北京市农林科学院数字植物北京市重点实验室主任、国家农业信息化工程技术研究中心数字植物实验室主任,为中国作物学会理事、中国图学学会动漫图学工程专委会副主任委员。

主要从事数字植物理论技术体系构建、作物表型大数据智能化获取解析技术装备研发和多组学研究、作物系统仿真与数字孪生系统开发等工作,先后主持完成国家和省部级科研项目20多项,现主持国家重点研发计划项目1项,以第一或通讯作者在Advanced Science、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Engineering、Research、Plant Communications、Plant Phenomics、Crop Journa等SCI期刊发表学术论文60多篇,以第一完成人获得国家发明专利授权42项,组织获得计算机软件著作权登记140多项,获得省部级科研奖励6项,获得北京市新技术新产品服务证书12项。2003年入选北京市科技新星计划,2010年获得科技部授予的“世博科技先进个人”称号,2016年被中国科协聘为“农业工程技术传播学首席科学传播专家”。

提出了“数字植物”和”作物智慧栽培学”的概念,带领团队构建了数字植物和智慧栽培技术体系。

1、围绕作物表型组大数据高通量获取和智能化解析;组织研发了轻小敏捷型多传感器阵列和成像单元 2 套,研发了无人机、无人车、机器人、轨道式和成像室等作物高通量表型平台 7 套,研发了配套控制、数据管理和解析软件。部分产品打破了国外垄断、填补了国内空白;

2、围绕作物形态结构3D数字化设计和真实感显示:组织研发了具有农林植物-设施环境形态结构3D数字化建模、实时绘制、交互设计、结构功能计算和动画生成等功能的PlantCAD系列软件工具,填补了国内空白;

3、围绕作物生产管理数字模型构建:以玉米为例,构建了玉米生长模型、知识模型和结构功能模型,组织研发了国内首款玉米生产系统数字化设计与预测预警云平台和手机APP系统;

4、围绕农业虚拟现实技术研究和应用,提出了“看动画学知识、玩游戏长技能、在线考试”的农业教育培训新模式,设计并组织研发了农业职业教育三维可视互动培训系统、农业虚拟仿真实验室系统、农业主题数字互动体验系统等产品和服务。

     相关技术成果已经在全国24个省、市、自治区得到成功应用,合同额超过了1.2亿元。
