The achievements of the NERCITA and NERCIEA participated in the exhibition of the Fifth China Farmers Harvest Festival and the Big Country Granary Science and Technology Museum

On 23 September, the main venue of the 5th China Farmers' Harvest Festival kicked off at Chengdu Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park. The theme of this harvest festival is "Celebrate the Harvest and Welcome the Grand Meeting", which is being held to celebrate the 20th victory of the Party with the harvest of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The Information Equipment Centre was commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to design and participate in the Farmers' Harvest Festival, and the Science and Technology Museum of Granary of Big Country was inserted into the information wing exhibition area. The Granary Science and Technology Museum exhibition is an important part of this Farmers Harvest Festival series. With "Science and Technology" as the main theme, it displays a variety of new agriculture and new scientific and technological achievements, truly restores the application scenes and highlights the Big Country style of empowering farmers with science and technology.

In the information wing exhibition area, the smart seed industry, smart farmland, smart orchard smart facilities and smart breeding achievement exhibition area are designed. In the smart seed industry exhibition area, the golden seed breeding cloud platform, crop phenotype big data platform, seed information testing equipment and cucumber seed industry technology virtual interactive display system are exhibited. Golden Seed Breeding Cloud Platform is the first breeding cloud platform in China, which combines conventional breeding with molecular breeding. Crop Phenotypic Big Data Platform is a platform for high-throughput acquisition and intelligent analysis of phenotypic data of large crop groups, which has filled the domestic gap and won the silver prize of Geneva International Invention Expo 2021. Seed information detection equipment such as portable 1000 grain weight meter, on-line single seed detection and analysis device, plant biological activity small molecule detection system, plant canopy temperature imager and crop lodging resistance tester can quickly and accurately extract the morphological, component and health parameters of breeding materials, provide reliable data support for rapid screening of breeding materials, and help breeding methods to evolve towards intelligent design breeding.

Vehicle-mounted farmland soil field rapid detection system, sky-ground integrated remote sensing technology support agricultural insurance informatization, automatic navigation system of agricultural machinery and remote monitoring system of agricultural machinery operation to be displayed in smart farmland exhibition area. Vehicle-mounted farmland soil on-site rapid detection system pioneered the on-site rapid measurement method of soil nutrients by using spectral technology, which can rapidly measure more than 30 soil indices such as total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen within 10-15 minutes. The orchard target spraying robot and the orchard inspection robot are on display in the Smart Orchard exhibition area. The orchard target spraying robot adopts photoelectric target detection to realize accurate target application and contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the fruit industry. The operation system of the horticultural robot and the multi-functional ZHI robot were displayed in the Smart Facilities exhibition area. Around the production links such as seedling raising, inspection, pollination, pesticide spraying, harvesting, transportation and decision making, a multi-functional horticultural robot was developed, and a cooperative operation system of horticultural robots with the whole production process made in China was developed, which could save 25% of labour and 60% of medicine.

The virtual interactive display system of cucumber seed science and technology has attracted the attention and participation of many teenagers. The exhibition focuses on the main links of cucumber breeding, reproduction, inspection and marketing, and carries out three-dimensional scene reconstruction and interactive experience design. VR3D glasses are used to experience the technical principle and practical process of cucumber seed science and technology, and the exhibition takes the audience to "real" experience the technological process.

The national soil moisture monitoring system was selected for display in the China Rice Bowl Exhibition Area. The evaluation index system of soil moisture of major crops has been systematically studied and formulated. At present, there are 2,554 registered users, 2,505 automatic monitoring stations and 4,477 manual monitoring stations. The system can automatically collect the soil moisture data of farmland in real time, realise the networking of soil moisture data, meet the needs of users at different levels to record, store, count, analyse, download and draw the monitoring data, understand the dryness of soil moisture, and guide farmers to irrigate scientifically based on soil moisture.
