NERCITA adopted the pattern of “Research leader＋ leading scientists + research assistant” to build high quality research groups. These talents come from direct introduction, training commission, invitation from public, and acceptance of graduate. The research leaders were required to be with Ph.D. degree, high level professional title, the background of abroad, and the first class of scientific attainment in China. In recent years, NERCITA has adopted 18 high-level scientific personnel from china and abroad.
